The designation of origin (AOC) Côtes de Provence covers 3 departments: the Var, the Bouches du Rhône and an enclave in the Alpes Maritimes. It is the result of the scope and variety of the wine soil of Provence: there is not one but several types of Côtes de Provence, each with its geological and climatic personality.
The area of Fréjus is a crystalline and volcanic field under maritime influence. It offers a range of white and rosé wines with floral aromas and fruit, and whose brightness and freshness are so characteristic of our region. As for the red, silky and balance is associated with aromatic complexity giving rise to quality wines.
